Tell us about the asset. We’ll take it from there.
MyAssetPay lends in Victoria, against wine, watches, art, collectibles and bullion already held in professional storage. This page starts a conversation. It is not a loan application, and nothing on it is an offer to lend.
Three things that need to be true.
- The asset is in Victoria, in a professional storage facility. If it isn’t in professional storage yet, say so below — we can talk about arranging it.
- You’re looking for $20,000 or more. Terms run 3 to 6 months and are renewable at the due date.
- You own the asset outright and can evidence it. Nothing else is pledged, and no one else has a claim over it.
Every MyAssetPay loan is secured against the pledged asset and the asset alone. There is no recourse to you beyond it, no shortfall to pay, and nothing is reported to a credit agency.
What this is not
We do not give instant decisions and we do not publish online quotes. Before any application we verify your identity and open an account — that step is required, we do it ourselves, and it is not automated.
There is also a step in the middle that we do not control. Your storage provider has to countersign a custody notice confirming they hold the asset for MyAssetPay while the loan runs. We cannot start that step until you have applied, and we cannot finish it without them. That is why there is no same-session answer, and why nobody honest can promise you one on an asset sitting in someone else’s building. Your asset does not move at any point.
Nothing on this page is an offer to lend, and no timeframe is promised. If we make you an offer, it will set out the full cost in dollars before you accept anything.
We ask about the asset, not about you. This form does not ask for your income, your employment or your financial history.
Send us the essentials.
Privacy collection notice — why we’re asking, and what happens to it
MyAssetPay Pty Ltd (ABN 40 648 613 585), Level 28, 333 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, info@myassetpay.com, 1300 692 770, collects the details you enter here so we can contact you about a possible loan and work out whether we can help. Giving them is voluntary; if you leave them out we may not be able to respond usefully. We may share what you send with the storage provider you nominate, for that purpose only. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, we do not give them to anyone for marketing, and we do not sell your information.
What comes later, and is not collected here. If you go on to open an account, the law requires us to identify you: we will collect and verify your full name, date of birth and residential address, and you will need to produce photographic identification. If that cannot be produced, the law requires us to refuse, and we will. If you then apply for a loan we will also collect identity documents, asset and storage details, and your bank account details. We do not obtain a report about you from a credit reporting body at any stage, and we report nothing about you to one.
Your details are not stored on this website. The button below opens your own email application with the information filled in — nothing is submitted until you press send in your own mail client.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, how to ask for access or correction, and how to complain. You can also read our complaints process.
Please don’t send identity documents, bank details or account numbers through this form. We’ll tell you how to provide those securely when we speak.
Four steps, in this order.
We come back to you
A real person reads what you sent and gets in touch to talk it through.
Identity and account
We verify your identity and open an account before any application. This is required, and it is not automated.
Your storage provider countersigns
We assess the asset, and your storage provider countersigns a notice confirming they hold it for MyAssetPay for the term. This step is not in our hands, and there is no version of the journey without it. Your asset does not move.
Your offer, in writing
If we can help, your loan offer sets out the full cost in dollars — interest and the storage levy — before you accept anything.
